New Reporting Requirement for Minnesota Attorneys

In the Spring of 2021, the Minnesota Supreme Court issued Rule 25 to the Minnesota Rules of the Supreme Court on Lawyer Registration requiring that each year, attorneys report the approximate number of pro bono hours completed in the prior calendar year, as well as indicate by a check box if they donated to legal services organizations that provided free services to low-income Minnesotans. The reporting requirements begin 1/1/2022. Read more here.
